Windows Internet Explorer - Settings

Here are some pretty good settings to use if you're concerned about privacy and security. These do not make your browsing completely secure, but they're a start.

You may want to write down your current settings, since you'll never remember them! (but you may want to change some/all of them back some day). Some web pages will not display properly, especially those with Java effects and ActiveX functions. Many of the following are just personal preference choices, so use your best judgement.
