    - Adblock plus: you can just subscribe to the default EasyList filter, it gets good reviews
      - block facebook content
    - Cookie Monster - more control over cookie options

    - RefControl: vary your http header referrer by site (why? see Panopticlick)
    - Remove It Permanently: remove text
